Its role is to copy all grant applications and reports from Fluxx Grantee Portal, the Wikimedia Foundation's grantmaking software, to Meta-Wiki for transparency and community review. This is done using Fluxx-Meta Sync tool and pre-set templates for applications and reports. See phab:T275427 for additional context.
