Error in SRG archives

Hi, looks like SRG archives used to use a leading zero if the week number was a single digit like Steward requests/Global/2023-w01 but was later changed to not have it. This seems to break {{Steward request archive header}} on things like Steward requests/Global/2024-w1. --Nintendofan885^{T&Cs apply} 22:00, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
